Today, on 19th of October, Solna District Court has granted BRA's application for financial reorganization. This is an acknowledgment that the District Court assess there to be conditions in place for the reorganization to succeed. The District Court has appointed Nils Åberg from the law firm Carler as administrator, in line with the company's proposal. The creditors' meeting will take place on the 8th of November in Solna District Court and the administrator will contact the affected creditors in the near future.
This is positive news, even if it was expected. We now have the opportunity to manage our temporary financial challenges in order to secure jobs, preserve the important aviation infrastructure in Sweden and to create long-term sustainable conditions for BRA, says Ulrika Matsgård, CEO of BRA.
